Cresco Partners, Inc. – Growth and Transition Announcement
From its inception in 2010, Cresco Partners has been committed to developing leaders and teams. At the core of any leadership or team success is growth, and we at Cresco are proud of the growth we have supported with the many companies and individuals we have worked with over the past decade. We, too, have successfully grown over the past 11 years, both in terms of our insights into leadership and teams…and in our client base. I want to sincerely thank our clients and colleagues for a truly spectacular decade of work with Cresco Partners. I also want to share some transitions at Cresco that have been in the works for a few months and will be effective immediately.
Corey Seitz, my longtime colleague and friend, is excited to announce that he is moving into a new phase of his life. This phase will allow him to spend more time with his wife Suzanne, travel for fun, focus on fitness, play more golf, and pursue other important areas in line with his core purpose. As part of this plan, Corey will transition into a senior advisor role for Cresco Partners, focusing on executive coaching and the launch of our new Abundant Leadership Program which will support the growth and transition of senior leaders.
I want to publicly thank Corey for all he has contributed at Cresco and the excellent collaboration we shared while closely working together on behalf of so many terrific clients. It has truly been an exceptional journey together. I wish him all the very best that life has to offer as he carries out his plan for his next chapter. I look forward to continuing our work together, albeit on a more limited basis.
At the same time, I am excited to welcome Dave Yawman to Cresco Partners. Dave is an experienced, authentic leader who, over his 25+ year career, has counseled C-suite leaders and Board members while also developing and leading highly effective global teams as the EVP and General Counsel of the iconic US-multinational, PepsiCo. Leveraging his experience and a belief that organizations thrive or falter based on the quality and effectiveness of their people, Dave stepped away from his successful legal career and is joining Cresco Partners to expand his focus on developing high-performance leaders and teams. In doing so, Dave and I are reunited after 30 years of pursuing our independent careers. We are former University of Notre Dame baseball teammates and roommates, and we have long shared the core values of lifelong learning, growth, and people. I look forward to introducing Dave to our existing clients and continuing Cresco’s legacy of helping leaders and teams grow.
