Success Through Collaboration
Cresco Partners specializes in working with teams to help them work together more effectively and generate improved results. During 1.5 or 2 day off-site retreats, we use team dialogue, assessments, feedback, coaching and team alignment experiences to develop collaboration among leaders. The team emerges with a 12 month team development roadmap. We have worked with hundreds of teams to align them behind the leader and his/her vision, business goals and other organizational imperatives.
Aligning the Leadership Team
The Venue. To create the best environment for growth, Cresco Partners holds team alignment programs during 1.5 or 2 day off-site retreats.
One-On-One. First, we connect with members of the team individually to understand the current team reality and connect personally with all participants.
Assessment Survey and Other Tools. We administer a diagnostic survey to assess the current state of the team. Other assessment tools, such as Hogan, FIRO and TKI might be used to raise awareness of personal, team and leader preferences and styles.
The Power of Peer Feedback. The alignment process includes group dialogue to gain deep insights on members and generate peer accountability. Dialogue is critical to building relationships and enabling team members to work together.
Team alignment sessions are designed in a customized way to best meet the needs of each team.
