Executive Coaching
Developing Powerful Leaders
Our coaches work one-on-one with your executives to identify and meet goals. We coach the person behind the executive title, working toward personal fulfillment and more effective leadership. The executive and supervisor agree on goals for change, and we regularly track progress toward these goals over a six-month to one-year period. Research clearly demonstrates that executive coaching is a powerful approach to help executives overcome challenges to performance, align with corporate strategies, clarify career paths and assume new roles.
5 Steps to Successful Executive Coaching
Setting the Goals. We work with the executive and sponsor to align on coaching objectives.
Data Collection. We conduct a 360 degree assessment or interview key stakeholders to gain insight on the executive client.
Strengths and Values Clarification. The executive explores his or her core strengths and values.
Powerful Questions. We pose provocative and strategic questions to spur serious reflection about the executive’s leadership impact.
Tracking Change. We meet every two weeks with the executive to track progress toward stated goals. Since the sponsor also has a stake in the executive’s progress, we also check in regularly with him or her. Follow-up continues throughout the six-month to one-year duration of the coaching engagement.
